Job Title: Client Support Specialist

Position Reports To:  Deposit Banking and Support Manager 

Location: Oakdale

Status: Part-Time (20-25 Hours/Week), variable hours Monday-Friday

Objective:  The Client Support Specialist is the point of contact for existing and new clients of Platinum Bank. This position will be responsible for maintaining a positive, high touch, hospitable client experience while exemplifying Platinum Bank’s client service standards. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performs the day-to-day operational teller functions & deposit banking and support duties of Platinum Banks branch service delivery model.  

  1. Provides superior customer service when greeting customers, answering phones/emails while portraying the service culture of Platinum Bank. 

3. Performs deposit account services to include account maintenance, troubleshooting service requests, assist with account questions and problem resolution, prepare documents and perform system set up for deposits, retail online banking, and related products and services. 

4. Assist with client transactions across the spectrum.

  1. Manage cash drawer and assist with cash shipments.

6. Hospitality and overseeing the care of physical environments.

7. Assist with scanning, file maintenance, and reviewing new accounts. 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist departments throughout the bank location with special projects and functions.

2. Comply with federal and state regulatory compliance statutes and bank policies and procedures applicable to the functions being performed.

3. Ensure that all security procedures are strictly followed.

4. Performs other responsibilities as assigned to include various clerical & data entry duties, branch hospitality, facility management assistance, and bank events.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

· High School degree or GED preferred.

· Preferred 2+ years related banking experience and/or training.

· Competence with computers, telephones, printers, and other office equipment.

· Technically skilled in the following software applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 

· Experience with Jack Henry applications desirable

Salary Description

$19-$22/hour
